Description: The user dose the needed hand signs and static electricty flows from the users arm(comes from the built up static in the metal rod) and wraps around there arm. the lighting can be fired and shoot in any direction at speeds of 60 mph. the arrows can cut through almost anything and leave a singe mark. the more static that is built up in the users arm, the more stronger the attack is.

Effects:The arrows will cut targets, can not go completly threw them but can embed in the body, causing damage to internal organs. The arrows can also singe, burn and paralyze the body. Tha arrows are not bright enough to blind. it can pirce wood and earth, but can be blown off track by high speed wind jutsu

Description: after the needed hand signs are done, 10 to 15 orbs of static electricty will flow from the arm and surrond the body. They can be used to ram, tackle or rush targets. they can also detach and be thrown or held. they can go up to 40mph and are very bright, if looked at directly can cause temporary blindness.

Effects: The orbs can stun, paralyze, and shock the target. they can cause temporary blindness and can be channled through metal.

Heavens Armageddon, It's too similar to my Ranmyaku shitsunen, change it accordingly. My Ranmyaku Shitsunen(Chaos Oblivion) utilizes the lightning chakra within myself to shoot from the ground and the sky, creating a massive wave of pain through anyone who comes near it. Thus Roast!

Static Barrage and Static arrow is fine.
