some jutsu for Fijek -[Approved]- ZK

Description: After the four handsigns are performed fijek will smash his fist together. The ground will begin to form a circle that is 30 feet in diameter. The circle will fill with muddy water and begin to spin, creating a whirlpool of mud. It will spin faster every minute getting up to 65 mph. The ground around the edges of the pool will give way and collapse, making the pool bigger. Chunks of rock and stone will also be in the pool, cutting up stuff that gets caught. He will punch his fist togther again to make it stop ans harden, traping whatever is in it in a case of dry stone and mud.
Effects: This jutsu will collapse the ground and make the earth unstable. If a ninja gets traped in its hige speeds they could drown or be battered with loose stone and rocks.

Hmmm....
So far it looks good, just don't overuse it, since this is a high diameter, put it up to at least an A rank, other than that, Approved.
