Help plz again ^^

OK so as I mentioned before I wanted a doujutsu that could possibly creat subordinates for me. Now Im having trouble making it sound not completly OP
Forinstance I mentioned that the user could not use it in the heat of battle or else they would be sure to die. I mention it takes the use of my regular doujutsu that controles them for only a minute to be placed. Um I mentioned using blood to paint a symbol on the persons forhead, THen a string of 135 hand sings is needed and on the last one chakra is pulsed into the symbol. Im having trouble defining how they are subordinates and such. Maybe make them free minded? Help me plz ^^
